Why call on Ubex rather than a traditional architectural firm?

Our team deals exclusively with this type of project. As we are in regular contact with the town planning departments, we know the specific points of attention and requirements of the local authorities. Would you ask your GP to treat your cavities? No ? Well, it's the same for regularization: call in a specialist!

How much does it cost to have a property regulated?

Every situation is unique. That's why we don't offer a fixed price, but rather a time-based approach, so that we can invoice as accurately as possible. Each stage of your Ubex journey is formalized by a feedback (call or video, pre-strategy, permit file, etc.), but also by a time forecast for the next phase. So no nasty surprises! And of course, each invoice is accompanied by a detailed breakdown of our services for maximum transparency. For the sake of brevity (the last straw for a Belgian office?), we'd like to point out that the cost of a regularization is usually between €888 and €7393.

How can I be sure you'll be able to solve my particular problem?

100% of the cases entrusted to us have found a solution. Not necessarily the one hoped for by our customer: sometimes, certain situations are simply not acceptable to the planning authorities. In such cases, we act as mediators between you and the authorities, in order to find a compromise that best satisfies both parties.

Do I have to go through with the procedure once I've signed with Ubex ?

Of course not. You can opt out at any time. That's the advantage of hourly billing.

How long does it take to obtain regularization?

We can only commit ourselves to timescales that depend on us directly (otherwise, we'd be making false promises... and that's not really our style). In (a maximum of) 56 days, we can submit your regularization request in your commune, if the project manager has obtained all the information requested. This is the objective of our internal process.
