FAQ

How long does it take to regularize a property in breach of planning regulations?

The duration of the procedure varies according to each situation, as it depends on the type of infringement, the commune concerned and the location of the property (Brussels, Walloon or Flemish Region). If planning permission is required, allow between 3 and 8 weeks to prepare the application. The planning authorities then have around 120 days to issue their decision. In some cases, we have obtained a positive response in just 20 days.

Do you work in Namur, Liège, Mons, Brussels, Anderlecht, Uccle, Molenbeek, Antwerp...?

Yes, we handle regularization cases in the Walloon, Brussels and Flemish regions.

How much does regularization cost?

At the outset, and due to the specific procedures involved in each case, we apply an hourly rate to guarantee you a fair price. When the file is opened, an initial fee of €350 excluding VAT is charged to organize the first contact with the planning authorities. Once the necessary actions have been identified, we provide you with a detailed estimate of our fees, updated as your file progresses.
