infraction et régularisation urbanistique

The most frequently asked questions when dealing with planning violations

How long does the procedure take to bring a property into compliance with town-planning regulations?

As each case of regularization is specific, it varies according to the type of infringement, the municipality and the location of the building (in the Brussels, Walloon or Flemish regions). If you need to apply for planning permission, allow between 3 and 8 weeks to prepare the application. The planning authorities then have around 120 days to give their response. Some of our applications have been approved within 20 days.

Do you take on assignments in Namur, Liège, Mons , Brussels , Anderlecht, Uclle, Molenbeek, Antwerp ... ?

Yes, we handle regularization cases in the Walloon region as well as in Brussels and Flanders.

How much does regularization cost?

At the outset, as we don't know what steps will have to be taken to regularize the infringement, we work on the basis of an hourly rate to ensure that you pay the fairest price. When the file is opened, we charge a €350 (excl. VAT) file opening fee to prepare for the first contact with the town planning department. Once we know the steps to be taken, we send you an estimate of our services, which we update as your file progresses.

Who are you?

We are land-use planning experts, architects and specialists in urban planning legislation.
