As each case of regularization is specific, it varies according to the type of infringement, the municipality and the location of the building (in the Brussels, Walloon or Flemish regions). If you need to apply for planning permission, allow between 3 and 8 weeks to prepare the application. The planning authorities then have around 120 days to give their response. Some of our applications have been approved within 20 days.
Yes, we handle regularization cases in the Walloon region as well as in Brussels and Flanders.
At the outset, as we don't know what steps will have to be taken to regularize the infringement, we work on the basis of an hourly rate to ensure that you pay the fairest price. When the file is opened, we ask for a deposit of €350 (excl. VAT) to prepare for the first contact with the town planning department. Once we know the steps to be taken, we send you an estimate of our services, which we update as your file progresses.
We are land-use planning experts, architects and specialists in urban planning legislation.
